The ICSSS is working towards a database detailing contact information for individuals wishing to access their personal records. This database is an ongoing project that will grow with the service.

Gathering all of this information is a long and drawn out process but one we are determined to complete. 

The type of information that we are collecting includes:

Organisation name, Person to contact - Name, Title, Telephone and Address details.

We also aim to outline the process involved in accessing personal records on the ICSSS website.
