Survivarts Print E-mail

Survivarts aims to provide adult survivors of abuse with regular arts activity to improve their general wellbeing.

Research shows that taking part in artistic activity can have very positive effects on an individual’s health and well being.

Survivarts is an open, supportive project aimed to allow as many survivors as possible to take part in regular artistic activity free of charge.

The project is open to:
Anyone over the age of 16 and you can register yourself or be referred by a professional (e.g. GP, counsellor or social worker)

Once you have registered for the project you can tell us what your interests are and we will offer you a block of six workshops to try out. There will be lots on offer on different days and times to suit you. The workshops will run once a week for a minimum of two hours, will be fun and will teach you a range of new skills.
